In life, we give so much; we give our time, our energy, our love, our money, our patience, our prayers and at times, our sanity. There’s nothing wrong with giving, but there has to be a balance between what we give and what we reserve for ourselves. You deserve to be the best version of you as possible. You deserve to have proper boundaries, you deserve to enjoy your own energy and you should execute your right to say no. We shy away from self care because we think it makes us selfish, but if all you do is take care of others, who will take care of you? Themes we explore; Self love and discovery Goal setting Establishing boundaries Self care Confidence Ways to manifest your goals This is a four week virtual course, personalized just for you and your needs. Each week, we schedule either 3 thirty minute sessions or 2 45 minute sessions where we can either chat via telephone or FaceTime, whatever the client is more comfortable with.
