What do I need to book an appointment?

To book a birth chart, love language or transit reading, you will need your full birthday, birth time, and the city and state you were born. For other readings, please leave full name and date of birth in comments

What time will my reading take place?

Accepted Answer

All readings are conducted at the time and date scheduled, and you will be contacted by either call or text. Please keep in mind that the times are based on eastern standard time zone.

What if I need to cancel my apppointment?

I do not do refunds. If you need to reschedule, I am more than willing to accomodate you. However, after you pay for your reading, you will not be able to get that payment back. Do not hesitate to message me if you need to change your time, I guarantee that you will always get your reading. The first reschedule is free but after that, you'll be required to re-book your service.

How do I pay?

I accept PayPal, square, and sezzle at checkout. You do not have to have a PayPal account to checkout with it. Sezzle is a buy now pay later order processor that is similar to after pay. Square is a safe way to use your. debit or credit card.

What if I don't know my birth time?

Accepted Answer

For astrology based readings, birth time is essential. In order for me to be as accurate as possible, your birth time is needed. It can often be found on your birth certificate. If you don't have access to that, I'll need your best estimate, however, understand that the reading may not be 100% accurate and I will not be held liable. This only applies to birth chart, love language and transit readings.

How will the reading take place?

I use audio recordings that will be sent via texts or email, depending on your preference. I do prefer you to be available so we can interact. The purpose of this is so you have the reading to keep. Keep in mind that all bookings are according to eastern time zone.

Is there anything that I cannot ask during a reading?

Please do not ask questions about legal or medical matters. Consult a lawyer or consult a doctor. This includes jail sentencings, pregnancy or anything surrounding that.

What is the difference between a birth chart reading and a transit reading?

Accepted Answer

Your birth chart reading is all about you, your upbringing and early adulthood. Your natal chart is a reflection of the energy that was surrounding you on the date and the time you were born. A transit reading shows the energy that is currently surrounding you. However, I do not like to do transit readings on people whose chart I've never read.

Can I purchase a reading as a gift for someone else?

Absolutely. Please make sure they know their birth time if it is a natal chart or transit reading.

What is the processing and shipping time for my order?

Accepted Answer

All orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days. (Mon-Fri are standard business days), however, due to the delayed shipping times from COVID-19, delivery can take up to 2 weeks. Tracking will always be updated within a few days after purchase.

Return Policy

Accepted Answer

Due to the nature of the products, especially during COVID-19, I cannot accept returns, however if the products are damaged in transit, please feel free to email me pictures and I would love to send a replacement ASAP.

What happens if i accidentally used the wrong address for my package?

Accepted Answer

If you entered the wrong address, message me on my site or DM me to try to correct it immediately after your order. If you dont correct it the package is returned back to me, there will be a $10 re-processing fee to ship it back out. If the pckage goes elsewhere, I cannot be held accountable for this and unfortunately, you would have to re-order.
